This license allows the item to be used in unlimited projects for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client for as long as you like. Technical support is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. To receive support after 12 months you will need to repurchase. The product will continue to work without an additional purchase and you will still have access to updates for the lifetime of the product, however, FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop are not responsible for any conflicts due to updates with WordPress, Elementor, Kadence, Canva or any third party plugins or extensions. Customisation is NOT included with support.
The item cannot be offered for resale either on its own, in part, or as part of a larger project. Distribution of source files is not permitted.
Delivery is via digital download from your My Account page and downloads are available immediately after purchase.

This license allows the customer one nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license. This license permits the customer to use the semi-custom brand for their own business. The Customer may not resell the purchased brand assets provided by FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop to any other parties. The customer is also not authorized to redistribute the brand assets to any other parties (whether for financial gain or as a gift)
The customer will provide the information required by FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop to complete this project within the specified timeframe.
FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop own the rights to all design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks you see within each semi-custom brand design. Photographs are the property of Unsplash or Pexels and are governed under their respective copyright licenses. FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop do not grant permission or a license agreement to use the images included.

Delivery of the customized logos and brand board is via email and DropBox. The customer acknowledges that no revisions are included in this product after the purchase of the semi-custom brand or delivery of the logos and brand board.
